If you wish to request a telephone consultation with a GP or a nurse please either ask for a routine telephone consultation (up to a month ahead) or contact us at 8.30am ‘on the day’ and book a telephone appointment. Please be aware that the Clinician will do their upmost to call you at the requested time but previous appointments can sometimes overrun. Alternatively you can request to speak to a Clinician by contacting Reception – you may be asked details by Reception in order to assist the clinician. We endeavour to contact patients within 24 hours if work pressures allow, otherwise within 48 hours. Please ensure you provide us with an appropriate phone number in order to phone you back.
