New Extended Appointment Service For Our Patients
From September 3rd 2018 we can offer our patients the opportunity to book appointments either in the evenings or at the weekend at one of the new hubs available to South Warwickshire patients. These hubs are located in Stratford-upon-avon and Leamington Spa. Further information is available in the ‘Extended Access’ section or ask at Reception for a leaflet. Appointments are booked at the practice for this new additional service.
Flu Clinic 2018
This year our flu clinic will be on Wednesday 10th October from 9.00am – 1.00pm for all patients eligible for the vaccination. No appointment needed. All our patients aged 65 and over will be receiving the FLUAD vaccination as recommended by NHS England. If you cannot attend on this date please do not worry. Please contact the practice after this date and request a flu appointment with a practice nurse.

From 4th April 2017 we will be offering extended hours to our patients. These later appointments will be on a Tuesday evening with a GP and a nurse, between 6.30pm – 7.30pm. If you find it difficult to attend an appointment during working hours, please ask to see if we have any later appointments available. We hope this additional service will benefit all our patients.

This facility is ONLY for general enquiries such as informing us of your new mobile number, enquiring how to register online, requesting you are signed up for our text messaging service. This facility is NOT for emergencies, prescription requests, appointments or any medical queries or problems.
On the 16th February 2016, we received a GP Surgery Enter and View Visit. We can offer our patients this new service from our website. This facility enables our patients to have the option of audio, screen mask, enlarged font, coloured font to enable, magnified font when accessing information on the website. If you click on the orange circle with the ‘b’ in the top right-hand corner, a toolbar opens allowing patients various options plus a settings facility for individual preference.
