Medical Practice Staff
Our practice nurses hold full nursing qualifications, each holding surgeries throughout the week, dealing with all general nursing requirements plus helping and advising our patients with seasonal health promotions.They will help and advice on:

We run a comprehensive travel clinic, also being a yellow fever centre, where all necessary advice, vaccinations and certificates are available.

Our HCA is fully trained and can assist our patients with blood tests, ear syringing, well person checks, new patient checks, blood pressure, ECG’s, spirometry, over 75 checks, memory tests, weight Management. Appointments made via Reception plus some appointments available online.
Our phlebotomist is available every Wednesday morning to offer additional blood tests for our patients. Appointments can be booked via Reception or online.
GP Registrars/medical students
As a training practice, we are busy assisting the next generation of doctors. We offer places to medical students so they can observe and learn directly from our doctors on how to treat patients. GP Registrars are fully supervised by our doctors but hold their own clinics and see patients on a one to one basis.
Practice Manager/Asst. Practice Manager
Patient satisfaction is of great importance to the whole practice team. If you have any administrative queries, comments or complaints, please contact the practice manager, who is responsible for the day to day running of the medical centre and every effort will be made to deal with the matter quickly and efficiently.
All our receptionists and our Secretary are here to assist our patients. They all observe strict confidentiality in all their work.
Our Receptionists will sometimes need to ask you questions regarding a query or an appointment, but these are asked to help us fully assess the situation and are always treated confidentially.
Our dispensary team dispense all monthly routine medication along with acute medication following consultations with the doctors or nurses. They also provide medipacks for our patients and oversee the delivery service.
Wider Practice Team
Our practice Midwife has an antenatal clinic every other Wednesday at the practice, 9.30am – 11.30am. Our midwife is based at Warwick Hospital 01926 495321. To make an appointment please book through Reception.
Our practice Health Visitor is based at Studley 01789 412985 and attends the practice every other Thursday between 10.30am – midday. Development review clinics follow midday – 1.00pm. No appointment necessary.
The district nurses attached to the practice are based at Alcester. They advise on all aspects of health care, including the provision of equipment, home aids, etc.
AAA Clinic/Digital Retinopathy Clinic
As a practice, we have the capacity to offer these additional services to our patients so they do not have to travel to the hospital and possibly incur parking expenses.
